Gozynta Mobius 2.1 Feature Release

Gozynta Mobius v2.1 is a rolling release beginning on January 6, 2025. In this release we focused on two important themes: improving day to day security and setting the stage for the future of Gozynta Payments.

This release includes changes you can use right away, as well as early groundwork for features that will become more powerful over time.

Two Factor Authentication is Here!

One of the most requested features is now available. Gozynta Mobius now supports 2FA, giving you an additional layer of protection for your account.

From the Authentication Settings area, you can update your name, change your password, enable Two Factor Authentication, and view your active login sessions.

Clearer, Simpler Billing Settings

We've also refreshed the billing experience to make it easier to understand at a glance.

You can now see a clean overview of your current subscription, update your payment details, and change or update your plan without digging through multiple screens. The goal here is clarity and confidence when managing your account.

Laying the Groundwork for the Next Generation of Gozynta Payments

You may notice new menu items marked as beta, including Manage Customers, View Invoices, and Customer Portal Settings. These areas are not fully functional yet, and we want to be clear about that.

So why include them now?

We're building a new customer portal experience that goes beyond payments alone. The future portal will support payments, invoice visibility, and customer accesss, all designed to stay in sync with ConnectWise PSA. Because so much is changing under the hood, this work is being built alongside the existing Payments portal rather than replacing it all at once.

Manage Customers will become the central place to manage your customer list, with two way syncing between Mobius and ConnectWise PSA.

View Invoices will eventually show invoices exactly as customers see them in the portal.

Customer Portal Settings represents the foundation of this next generation experience.

For now, if you are actively managing payments, continue using the existing Payments tab. The beta areas are there to show where we are headed and to allow us to build this future thoughtfully and safely.
