We've been busy. Mobius 3.1 is a rolling release beginning on June 15th, 2026, and it brings some meaningful improvements to how you navigate the platform, manage your customers, and keep your billing workflows running smoothly. Here's everything that's new.

Multi-Tenancy Support

If you work across multiple tenants, this one's for you. You can now select your active tenant directly from within Mobius. No more workarounds or logging in and out. If your login covers more than one tenant, you'll see a tenant switcher that lets you flip between them quickly and easily.

A Refreshed Sidebar

We've reorganized the sidebar menu to make it easier to find what you need. Things are cleaner, more logical, and just feel better to use day-to-day. (We know sidebar changes can be polarizing. We think you'll like this one.)

New PSA Contracts & Products Pages (Beta)

Two new pages are now available in beta: Contracts and Products & Services. These give you a clean table view of your PSA data right inside Mobius. They're intentionally simple for now. We wanted to get them in your hands and build from there.

Currency Field on Customer Creation

You can now set a currency when creating a new customer. The dropdown shows the full currency name, code, and symbol so you always know exactly what you're selecting, and only the currency code gets passed through to the backend, keeping things clean on the technical side.

Batch Status: "Preparing to Start" to "Timed Out"

A small but important change: if a batch gets stuck in "Preparing to Start" and doesn't kick off within the expected window, the status will now update to "Timed Out" so you're not left wondering what's happening.

Bug Fixes

Domain verification error — Fixed an issue where domain verification was failing due to missing SPF information in the Sendgrid response. It now decodes correctly every time.

Payment method update error — Resolved an error that occurred after submitting the Chargebee checkout page when updating a payment method. That flow is now smooth end to end.
