We couldn't resist. Mobius 3.0 starts rolling out on May 4th, so yes, we're going there.

The headline feature this release is one a lot of you have been asking for. Until now, adding or removing a user on your Mobius account meant talking to us. That always felt backwards. You know your team better than we do, and you shouldn't have to file a ticket to onboard a new hire or offboard someone who left last week.

So we built it. Mobius 3.0 puts user management where it belongs: in your hands.

The new user management screen

user-management

Head into Mobius and you'll find a new screen for managing the people at your MSP who can log in. From there you can:

  • Invite new users
  • Remove users who no longer need access

That's the headline change, and it's the one most of you have been asking for. No more "help me, Gozynta, you're my only hope" tickets just to add a teammate.

One login, multiple accounts

Until now, a Mobius login meant one account. That's changed. You can now have access to more than one Mobius account from a single login, and we'll show you a chooser at login so you can pick which one to work in.

A heads-up when things change

release-popup

When we ship a release, you'll now see a dismissible banner at the top of Mobius. Click through to read the notes, or dismiss it and get on with your day. We just don't want changes landing silently anymore.

On the backend

We're always working on security, performance, and the Mobius platform itself. Think of it as the droids working away in the background. You don't see them, but they're the reason everything keeps running smoothly.

If you're already using Gozynta Mobius, rollout of version 3.0 begins today, May 4th, at mobius.gozynta.com. If you're not a customer yet, consider this your call to join the Rebel Alliance. May the Fourth be with you, and as always, ping us if anything feels off or submit a feature request on Canny.

Something we missed?

Is there a feature you'd like to see in a future release? Make a post on our Canny board. We base our releases on feedback from our customers. Your voice matters!
